Beauty of Yatra
The tour commences with pick up from Dehradun airport or Railway station one day prior to the Chardham Yatra departure,
followed by drop to the hotel. The overnight stay at Dehradun with dinner awaits you.
Welcome to our unique tour of Chardham Yatra by helicopter
ride. We begin early morning at 7:00 A.M. & reach Kharsali. Our
ground staff will welcome you at the helipad and you shall be taken for Yamunotri darshan by palki covering a distance of 6 km in the lap of nature. The duration is 5 – 6 hrs. After darshan you return back to Kharsali for dinner and overnight stay.
Journey starts early morning at 6:30 A.M. by flight from Kharsali
for Gangotri Darshan. You shall be driven from Harsil helipad to
Gangotri temple by car. Gangotri is situated at a distance of 25
kms from Harsil & the time taken is roughly 1 hr. Our ground
staff will assist passengers throughout their stay at Harsil. We
provide all the basic and leisure facilities for our tourists.
Greet your fourth day by arrival to Phata/Guptkashi helipad
from Harsil. Here we change choppers and shall fly for
Kedarnath helipad. Temple is approximately 500 meters away
from the helipad and will take approx. 15 minutes to reach.
Upon completion of Darshan, we will return to Guptkashi. Enjoy
your stay at Guptakashi/Phata, arranged by us.
Welcome the 5th day at Badrinath Ji. Your check in is arranged
at the elite star Hotel Sarovar Portico, Badrinath. Upon arrival at
Badrinath, guests will be taken for darshan at Badrinath
temple.
Today, you travel back to the helipad for your return journey to Dehradun.

Terms and Conditions
- Children above the age of 2 years will be considered as full passengers.
- Available hotel properties at Yamunotri and Guptkashi/Phata are non-star category and the stay is arranged at best amongst them. However at Harsil and Badrinath the accommodation standard is upto 3/4 Star.
- Hotel can be changed with similar available options if any given hotel is sold out.
- The booking will be confirmed with 50% of the charter amount. Full amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to the date of journey.
- Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% extra cost. This will be permitted only if applied 10 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 10 days of the journey, then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be done subject to availability.
- All flights are subject to total weight and balance of the helicopter
- Pilgrimage Aviation reserves the right to change the itinerary subject to weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control.
Guidelines for Passengers:
- In respect of COVID-19, all necessary measures issued by the State & Central Governments would have to be adhered by the passengers. The measures shall be confirmed by Pilgrimage Aviation to the passengers 02- 03 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Without adhering to the prescribed measures/requirements, boarding would be denied without any refunds.
- This is a fixed departures tour, and all departure timings of each destination are fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the mentioned scheduled ETDs on each day of the tour.
- There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted.
- Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper
- Passengers should carry only soft bags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
- In case the weight of the passengers is found higher than the prescribed limit then it would cost extra for YAMUNOTRI Palki & Kedarnath Dham Shuttle Service.
- All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advised to carry woolen clothes, raincoat & regular medical kit with them.
- In case the journey is not finished within stipulated time & passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to complete it the next day. However, even if that is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilized sectors.
Cancellation Policy
Following cancellation charges need to be paid in case of cancellations by the passengers:

Bad Weather Conditions:
If we are stuck in bad weather situation on any particular day, we
will try to finish the darshan the next day. In case, we are completely
unable to visit any Dham due to weather conditions, we will refund
proportionate money.
